You are bidding on a one-year lease of a 10 x 20 storage unit (number 416) at Jen's Self Storage, an indoor temperature-controlled storage facility. The unit is upstairs and can be accessed via freight elevator as well as stair access. The space will have two access doors into the unit. We have a moving truck available for your use to get your items here: truck is available free of charge for 3 hours and includes a driver for the truck; it does require a 48-hour request to set up the moving appointment; truck is not available on weekends.

Restrictions:
- This unit is subject to the same restrictions and contract agreement that we have for each of our storage spaces. If you would like to come by and read the current lease and additional rental documents for additional details please do so.
- We do not store vehicles, items with a vin number or license plate, items with gas tanks, oxygen tanks, large items that are under pressure, food, poison, or pharmaceuticals.
- Access to your unit space is restricted to The UPS Store business hours. We are open Monday - Friday 8 - 6 Saturday 9-5 and Closed Sundays and all major holidays.
- The unit will hold a year agreement with the storage facility and will need to be opened before the month end of April 2020. The winner may not hold onto the winning unit and activate it at any moment for a year agreement.
- The one-year term will be a consecutive 12-month term, if the tenant would like to close the unit early, they are able to without refund. There will be not cash value for the space.
- The primary person on the space must remain the primary the entire length of the year. You are not able to transfer ownership for the space between different individuals during your term.
